These Terms govern your use of CoVyze, an AI-assisted productivity app by CloseForge.
You may use CoVyze to create goals, generate action cards, track progress, and manage subscriptions. You are responsible for the content you enter and for deciding whether generated suggestions are appropriate for your situation.
CoVyze uses AI to suggest steps. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Do not rely on CoVyze for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety-critical decisions.
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions billed by Apple. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple account and App Store policies.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or use CoVyze to harm others.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.
CoVyze is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any goal outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloseForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CoVyze.
